you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to
us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on

RETURN

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the date of purchase. All
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels
attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@printeeby.com to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the number
RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and return form
provided, then send your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return
or your exchange. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from receipt of your item
to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • When the order status is awaiting production, you can refund and cancel your order.
